Hi, DD is 12 months old and still won't eat any...

Hi, DD is 12 months old and still won't eat anything chunky. She will vomit it all back up. Soft lumps is o.k but anything bigger does not go down right. I have been told to give finger food, but she just puts it to her mouth and then plays with it, end up on the floor most times. Is anyone else in the same situation. I know 12 month olds that eat toast etc. DD only has her two bottom teeth only so does this make a difference? Most days I am not too worried about it as I know that when she is ready she will take chunkier food but its when I go to the clinic and they tell me to go to diet classes and might have to look at speech classes in the future!! There is nothing wrong with her speech she can say many words, and diet is not really the problem she has three meals plus snacks and eats anything. I think I just need to know if there are other mums in the same situation. Thanks!
